Adequate I suppose...

Its really doesn't works and eharmony keep snatching the money from your pocket i never recommend this platform to right search.

Want to leave but can't not a lot of people in my area don't use it but still have to pay

The matching algorithms are useless - they could do so much more instead of fleecing people out of money for doing so little.

I found love on eharmony which was completely unexpected. The website is easy to use except for a couple of glitches all has been fine. It is a pleasant experience which I would recommend to anyone looking for love.

Rude customer service via email

The app needs a complete overhaul. The inbox is old fashion the makes it really unfriendly and difficult to manage large number of messages and to also delete messages as it always scrolls back to the top. And why if I delete my sent message does it mean I have to permanent remove that person forever ? Maybe having a sent and inbox folder like match.com does

Would also be nice to know who are and arnt premium members knowing who not to expect a reply back from !!
Also searching is not very specific would be nice to have more usability on distance rather than 20 50 100km. Why not increments of 5 eg 5 10 15 20 and we’re in the Uk so miles not km please

Also maybe having more specific filters (again like match) maybe physical appearance such as size hair colour. Etc

Very disappointed. Very few matches, profiles give limited information so difficult to get an understanding of the person. No contact initiated by other members and any contact I have initiated has been ignored. Feel being a member is a waste of money and would definitely not recommend.

BE VERY CAREFUL OF USING THIS SERVICE. If you subscribe and then choose to cancel your subscription, they will continue to charge you, regardless of the fact that you have cancelled.

I have not been able to see any profiles since just after the Christmas Holidays. Have tried many times to contact you no way to do so . Not Happy with the experience

App is ok though a bit basic considering the cost of the service. Not really finding it a great social scene to be honest.

Read the small print. No way to cancel after the 3month offer. Lots of fake profiles with no pictures.

It's more genuine than Match/Our Time in that views are real as opposed to frequently system generated in the case of the latter. However, the search engine is flawed e.g. often gives locations that are more than the search area you've entered and you cannot tell anything about when and how many times the last person viewed you. Moreover, nothing much happens at all because Match/Our Time has been more aggressive with its advertising and has a much bigger database. The whole matching score system is also a waste of time because people purely go on whether they like your photograph.
